New Partner: SeeSharp, for Raffles That Need a Real Campaign
Most raffles are sold by the people closest to them: members, parents, a congregation, a club’s own social media. That works, and for most raffles it’s all you need.
But some raffles are bigger than the circle around them. A car, a motorbike, a house-and-land package: prizes that can sell thousands of tickets to people who have never heard of your organisation, if someone actually reaches them. That takes a campaign, run for weeks, across ads, email and the places people gather. Very few committees have the time or the skills to run one.
That’s the gap our new partner fills.
Meet SeeSharp
SeeSharp is a Melbourne marketing agency that plans, produces and runs raffle campaigns end to end:
- Content production: video, photography and copy, made in-house.
- Landing pages built to convert campaign traffic, including hosting.
- Paid ads on Meta and Google, with regular reporting on what the ad spend returned.
- Email and SMS to bring back supporters who came close but didn’t buy.
- The offline side: booth setups, banners and venue signage that point at the same online checkout.
You’ve seen their work if you read our Southern Cross Kids’ Camps case study. SCKC worked with SeeSharp on a Harley-Davidson raffle that raised $99,990 from 1,802 supporters over 57 days, with no gala, no launch night and no single big day. That shape of raffle doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when somebody runs the campaign every day for two months.
An offer for RaffleLink organisers
SeeSharp is an official Vimeo partner, and video is often the centrepiece of a raffle campaign. When SeeSharp runs your campaign, they can host your raffle video or set you up with a 30-day free trial of the Vimeo Enterprise Suite, including interactive video (subject to the scope of the campaign).
To start the conversation, get in touch with SeeSharp directly:
You’ll also find them inside RaffleLink. Open your dashboard and look for Perks in the sidebar, below Settings, where SeeSharp sits alongside Circolo.
How the two fit together
SeeSharp brings the audience. RaffleLink is where they buy. Every ad, email, banner and QR code in the campaign points at your one raffle page, and every ticket sold in person on the Ticket Booth app goes into the same draw.
For campaigns running paid ads, we can also connect your Meta Pixel to your raffle pages, so page views and ticket purchases report back to Meta and the ads can optimise on real sales. Send us your Pixel ID and we’ll set it up.
Is it right for your raffle?
Be honest with yourself about the size of the opportunity. An agency campaign is a real cost, and SeeSharp quotes each one on its scope. If your raffle is a few hundred tickets to your own members, you don’t need one: the Promo Designs editor and a good email to your list will do more for less.
Where it’s worth a conversation is a large prize, a long selling window, and a goal that’s bigger than the people who already know you.
What it doesn’t change
Nothing about your raffles. RaffleLink and SeeSharp are separate services with separate agreements, and you don’t need one to use the other. Your raffle page, checkout, draw and payouts work exactly as they do today.
In the interest of being straightforward: we may receive a fee when an organisation becomes a SeeSharp client through these links. We only list partners we’d recommend anyway.
