See it in action

See how a RaffleLink raffle runs, start to finish

Four short, clickable walkthroughs of the real product: setting up a raffle, what your supporters see, selling in person and running the draw. No account needed and nothing to install. About five minutes, at your own pace.

Each walkthrough is a recording of the live platform. Click the highlighted spots to move through it.

Chapter 1 of 5

Create a raffle

Prizes, ticket prices and packs, the dates, and your organisation’s story on a page that looks like you. Your state’s rules are checked as you go, so a raffle that would need a permit tells you before it goes live, not after.

Every feature in detail →
  • Up to 250 prizes, each with its own photo
  • Ticket packs show the saving at checkout automatically
  • Permit thresholds and draw rules checked while you set up

Chapter 2 of 5

What your supporters see

The raffle page and checkout exactly as a buyer meets them, on a phone. Supporters pick their tickets, pay the way they already do, and get their ticket numbers and receipt straight away. There is no account to create and nothing to install.

  • Built for a phone first, where most tickets are bought
  • Ticket numbers and a receipt land by email the moment they pay
  • Buyers can choose to cover the platform fee at checkout

Chapter 3 of 5

Sell in person

The Ticket Booth app turns a volunteer’s phone into a ticket counter. Tap a card to take payment at the gate, the stall or the dinner table, and the ticket issues into the same raffle and the same draw as every ticket sold online.

About the Ticket Booth app →
  • Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android, no card reader to hire
  • Cash sales logged in the same place as card sales
  • Every seller has their own login, and you can see who sold what

Chapter 4 of 5

Run the draw

When sales close, draw the winners with a click. Every online and in-person ticket is in the one pool, the draw is signed and auditable, and winners hear the moment it lands. Publish the results and your supporters can check them for themselves.

How compliance works →
  • One pool: online, in-person and paper tickets together
  • A signed, auditable draw. No barrel, nothing taken on faith
  • Winners notified automatically, results published publicly

Chapter 5 of 5

The money

There is nothing to pay up front and no subscription. The platform fee is 5.5% of card sales, GST included, and it covers card processing. Cash and paper sales are free. Proceeds are paid to your nominated bank account, with the tax invoice and any statutory return prepared for you.

Pricing in full →
  • No setup fee, no subscription, nothing until tickets sell
  • Card processing included in the one rate
  • Cash and paper ticket sales are free

Ready to try it on your own raffle?

Signing up is free and takes a minute. You can build a raffle, preview it and make a test purchase before anything goes live, and you won’t pay a cent until tickets sell. Prefer to talk it through first? A walkthrough is 15 minutes and there is no pitch.
