Pricing questions

Who pays the fee?

The 4.5% service fee is deducted from raffle proceeds when funds are paid out — your organisation is never invoiced upfront. You can also switch on fee assistance, which invites buyers to chip in toward the fee at checkout.

Are there really no other costs?

No setup, monthly or activation fees, and recording cash sales is free. The only exception is outside RaffleLink: if your raffle is large enough to need a state permit, the government application fee is paid directly to the regulator.

How does our organisation receive the money?

Proceeds are paid to your organisation’s nominated bank account, with fees already deducted and a tax invoice that makes reconciliation simple for your treasurer.

What changed from the old RaffleLink pricing?

The old platform charged a $39 activation fee per raffle plus 5.5% on card sales. The new platform launches at 4.5% with no activation fee.
