The new RaffleLink is here
We rebuilt RaffleLink from the ground up — one account for your whole organisation, a faster ticket-buying experience, and a lower fee.
For the past year we’ve been rebuilding RaffleLink from scratch — same trusted platform, completely rebuilt for usability, reliability and simplicity. The new RaffleLink now lives at app.rafflelink.com, and this site is its new home.
What’s different
One account for your whole organisation. On the old RaffleLink, every raffle was its own login. Now your club, school or charity has a single organisation account — every raffle, report and team member in one place.
A rebuilt ticket-buying experience. Supporters buy on a fast, mobile-first page at tickets.rafflelink.com, with cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Compliance, built in deeper. State rules — permit thresholds, draw windows, ticket-pack restrictions — are checked automatically before your raffle goes live. You can also check your state’s rules any time in our raffle rules guides.
A lower fee. The new platform launches at 4.5% on card sales (GST inclusive), with no activation fee — down from 5.5% plus a $39 activation fee on the old platform.
What happens to the old RaffleLink?
Raffles already running on rafflelink.com.au will finish there — nothing changes mid-raffle. New raffles start on the new platform, and we’ll be progressively bringing organisations’ raffle history across so your past reports stay available.
If you have any questions, get in touch — we’d love to hear from you.
